so you are sitting in a bar and across the room a woman is looking over at you.

she`s hot and you want to go over and talk to her, but every time you think about doing that, your heart rate jumps and your palms start sweating and you can`t think straight about what you would say to her.......

so you sit there and have another drink.

all of the familiar thoughts run through your head. like, she`d never talk to me....or she`s probably got a boyfriend, or a girl like that wants a gq model....

you get the picture.

so by the time you finally get the nerve up to go over and talk to her, if you ever do, you are in such a state that anything you say to her is going to come out wrong.

and you aren`t alone in this.

millions of men go through the same torture, sitting in bars looking at women they desire.....and feeling awful while they do it.
